Before You Reserve...
United States Passport holders DO NOT require travel visa to destinations offered. Non-U.S. Passport holders, please check with your local consulate office if you may need travel visa before reserving our tour.
  1. STEP 1 - Reservation Form
    Each traveler must complete Reservation Form online OR print Reservation Form and mail to our mailing address. If your passport is expired, upload or send expired passport for our record and provide renewed passport copy when received. IF you do not have a passport, you’ll need to upload a file OR mail a copy that shows your date of birth and name that will appear as is on applied passport.
  2. STEP 2 - Invoice Sent
    After we have received your reservation form, we will send invoice to your email address. Reservation deposit may vary by tour program. By selecting to pay by credit / debit card, there will be an additional 4% transaction fee of total deposit amount. All payments are in US Dollars and made to: KJ INTERNATIONAL TOURS
  3. STEP 3 - Deposit Payment
    Deposit is due by DUE DATE stated on your invoice. If we do not receive payment by due date, your reservation will be cancelled. After deposit is paid, we will send confirmation of your reservation, notifying that reservation is guaranteed. Deposit may be refundable if KJ International Tours were to cancel the tour you have reserved for any reason.
  4. STEP 4 - Balance Payment
    Remaining balance invoice with KJ Release, Indemnity and Assumption of Risk Form will be mailed and emailed once minimum traveling group is set OR 12 weeks before departure date OR specific date that is set on itinerary. At this point, deposit is non-refundable. If balance payment is not made after final notification, even with deposit, your reservation may be cancelled due to non-payment of balance.
  5. STEP 5 - Booking Details
    After remaining balance is paid, you will receive your flight E-ticket (Not applicable for LAND PACKAGE travelers) and MY TRIP INFO with complete booking details. Plus, tour orientation date, time & location is notified. After remaining balance payment, no refund will be provided for any reason. You may purchase travel insurance for trip cancellation protection. Click on "Insurance" tab below to get your free quote.
  6. STEP 6 - Tour Orientation
    Tour orientation is scheduled minimum 2 weeks before tour departure date with notification by email. We offer live video conference during tour orientation for those unable to join on location. In addition, orientation is video recorded to view on-demand. Hard copy of MY TRIP INFO will be provided at orientation. This concludes our reservation process until tour departure date.
