Terms & Conditions


  • ​Each traveler must complete a Reservation Form to begin.
  • Reservation confirmation such as flights, hotel, etc., will take 2-3 business days.
  • Half-Day, Full Day Tours & Activities booking confirmation may take minimum 3 - 5 business days.
  • Passport must be valid 6 months post travel date. 
  • If you're not a U.S. citizen, you may be required to obtain travel visa to destination(s). Check with your local consulate office for details.​
  • Once your booking is confirmed, invoice is sent by email with balance due within 5 days. Bookings nearing 14 days prior to departure will require immediate payment for guaranteed booking. 
  • KJ International Tours accept payments online by 1) E-check (without fee) OR 2) debit & credit cards. Charges made with debit or credit cards require 4% service fee.  We do not accept checks by mail if reservation is within 14 days of departure.
  • Payments are provided with receipt confirmation by email plus, confirmation such as reservation numbers, booking codes, contact information to our service providers by hard copies mailed AND emailed once all booking is finalized.
  • Once your flight is booked and if in need of any changes, a rebooking fee of $200 will be charged.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you were to cancel your trip due to any reason, all payments made to KJ is NON-REFUNDABLE. Most travel insurance provides trip cancellation coverage starting from $80 USD, coverage cost may vary due to total trip cost, age, additional coverage such as medical, etc. CLICK HERE TO BE DIRECTED.
  • ​KJ International Tours is an agent for selected transportation companies, carriers, tour operators, hotels, and service companies, all of which are independent contractors. KJ International Tours is not responsible for any negligent act or omission by any of these organizations.
  • KJ International is not liable for Incidental charges including but not limited to baggage overage, class upgrade, missed flight, etc.​
