What's a Tour Director

A Tour Director is not a licensed tour guide but a seasoned traveler that can assist a group of travelers to destinations that they’re familiar with. Tour Director facilitates scheduled activities for the tour members while traveling with the group. By becoming our Tour Director, you’ll be provided an all-expenses-paid trip plus, earnings and commission.

Criteria

We're searching for...

Friendly individuals ages 25 and over
With a valid passport OR travel visa for places in need
With flexible travel dates
With some experience in the service industry
Frequently traveled to the destinations we offer
Speak OR understand the language of the destination (additional pay offered)
with skills such as photo-taking, video recording, social media, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

What’s expected from a Tour Director?

Pre-Trip

Training and review of the tour you’ll be directing
Meet with the travelers that you’ll be directing before the trip start date

During Trip

Assist travelers with flight check-in and boarding
Assist the local guide when in need
Stay with the group during the scheduled activities
Quality control for meals and activities
Documenting with photos, videos
Local guides and drivers performance review

Tour Director Support

Trip Planning

We handle everything from trip promotions to gather a group of travelers, reservations, and bookings.

Trip Insurance

Travel Insurance with coverage for Medical, Evacuation, Personal Effects – Lost, Stolen or Damaged and more are covered!

Training

We offer detailed training for what to expect during the trip with travel arrangements made for the group.

Incidental Budget

We appropriate an added budget for your trip expenses and for all other expenses incurred for the group during the trip.

Guide and Driver

A local guide and driver is included at each destination during scheduled activities. A free day is a day for yourself.
