  • Door to door transfers between airports, hotels and train stations

  • Guides and drivers are designated by destinations, getting to next destination on a flight or train is on your own

Travel Documents:

  • A valid passport, NOT expiring within six (6) month of travel date.
  • U.S. citizens DO NOT require additional travel document for this trip.

KJ reserves the right to correct errors or omissions including but not limited to fares, fees, and surcharges at any time. 

  1. Reservation confirmation may take up to 48 hours for multiple service providers to comply.
  2. Reservation detail will be forwarded when confirmed with deposit due date.
  3. Trip final details and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip start date.

Reservations within 30 days of trip start date require payment of total cost.

LAND ONLY Package

  • $500 Deposit is due after reservation confirmation 
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before trip depart/start date

LAND+AIR Package / Flight Booking Required

Flight cost may increase due to seating availability, fuel charges, taxes, and fees. Flight offer is good until payment due date. Flight offer may change after the due date, and any cost increase is responsible by the traveler. 

  • $500 Deposit + Flight cost is due after reservation confirmation
  • The Remaining balance is due 30 days before trip depart/start date

  • Check, eCheck (electronic check), debit & credit card.
  • Cash is accepted in-person at our office location. 
  • Card payment requires a 3% transaction fee of the total charged.  

Payments made out to KJ INTERNATIONAL TOURS.  Returned check OR eCheck charged $25 per occurrence.

Notification of Trip Briefing time and date announced via Email within 45 days of trip start date.

  • Trip Briefing held within 30 days of the trip start date
  • The session is offered one time for a group that is traveling together
  • Video conferencing is available for those not able to attend in-person
  • The session is video recorded, and a link is shared to traveling members to view any time

After the initial deposit, a $100 per person Cancellation Fee will apply.

KJ recommends travel insurance with basic coverage offered by Arch RoamRight.  View basic coverage details HERE

Cancellation for refundable bookings:

  • Up to 30 days before the trip start date: REFUND minus(-) $100 Cancellation Fee
  • Up to 15 days before the trip start date: REFUND minus(-) 50% of LAND ONLY cost
  • 14 to 3 days before the trip start date: REFUND minus(-) 90% of LAND ONLY cost
  • Within three days before trip start date: NO REFUND

Cancellation for international flight bookings:

  • Airline imposes a cancellation fee of $200 to $250 and varies by carrier. 
  • Refund is permitted if cancellation is notified and confirmed before flight departure day. 
  • Some airlines charge a fee for “No Show” on the departure day, and you are required to contact the airline directly to cancel within 24 hours of flight time. (Airline contact provided after booking)
